These Terms and Conditions govern your use of christiemay.net and your purchase or participation in services provided by Spiritual Connections & Healing and Christie May. By using this website, booking an appointment, or participating in a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Services

Spiritual Connections & Healing provides online Psychic Readings, Evidential Mediumship Readings, Reiki Energy Healing with chakra balancing, Akashic Records Readings, Tarot and Oracle Card Readings, and Past Life Readings.

Services are provided online through Google Meet or another agreed-upon platform. Service descriptions, prices, lengths, and availability may be updated at any time. Changes will not affect an appointment that has already been confirmed unless Christie contacts you and both parties agree to the change.

Nature of Spiritual Services

Psychic, mediumship, Akashic Records, tarot, oracle, and past-life services are intuitive and spiritual in nature. Individual experiences and interpretations vary.

No specific outcome, prediction, person in Spirit, message, evidence, past-life experience, or other result can be promised or guaranteed. In an Evidential Mediumship Reading, Christie cannot guarantee that a particular Spirit Communicator will connect.

Akashic Records and Past Life Readings are offered for spiritual reflection and personal insight. Information received during these sessions is not presented as independently verified historical fact or as proof of a specific past life.

Reiki and Chakra Balancing

Reiki and chakra balancing are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and personal well-being. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental-health conditions and are not substitutes for care from a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.

Services and website content do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking appropriate care because of information received through a session or this website. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

Personal Responsibility and Free Will

You remain responsible for your choices, actions, interpretations, and decisions. Information received during a session should be considered alongside your own judgment and, when appropriate, advice from qualified professionals.

You agree not to rely exclusively on a reading or energy-healing session when making significant medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, employment, or safety decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service. A person under 18 may participate only with Christie’s advance approval and the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Appointments and Participation

Please join your appointment on time from a quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection. You are responsible for having a compatible device, working camera and microphone when needed, and access to the meeting platform.

Late arrival may shorten the session because appointments must end at their scheduled time. The full fee still applies.

Christie may end or decline a session when a client behaves abusively, threateningly, inappropriately, appears to be participating under unsafe circumstances, or requests something outside the nature or ethical boundaries of the service. Refund eligibility in such circumstances will be determined according to the situation and applicable law.

Payments

Full payment is required at booking unless another arrangement has been approved in writing. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the selected provider to process the stated charge. Spiritual Connections & Healing does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments are governed by the Refund & Rescheduling Policy available on christiemay.net.

Payments are generally nonrefundable because appointment time is reserved specifically for the client. A request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the payment.

If Christie cancels an appointment and a suitable alternative time cannot be arranged, the client may choose a refund of the amount paid for that appointment.

Technology Problems

Clients are responsible for testing their internet connection, device, microphone, camera, and meeting access before the appointment.

If a significant technical failure prevents the session from taking place, contact Christie as soon as possible. Technology problems will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis and may result in rescheduling. Spiritual Connections & Healing is not responsible for outages or interruptions caused by internet providers, meeting platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy available on christiemay.net.

Christie treats the personal content of private sessions with care and discretion. Information may still be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern, suspected abuse, fraud, a legal claim, or a threat of serious harm.

Recording

Neither Christie nor the client may record, photograph, livestream, publish, or distribute a session without the other party’s advance permission. Permission to make a personal recording does not include permission to publish or share it publicly.

Intellectual Property

Website text, educational materials, exercises, graphics, service descriptions, videos, downloads, course materials, and other original content created by Christie May or Spiritual Connections & Healing are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use materials provided to you for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, teach from, distribute, publish, modify, or present these materials as your own without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website and appointment process may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Hostinger, Stripe, PayPal, and Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Spiritual Connections & Healing is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or actions of third-party websites or services beyond what applicable law requires.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, introduce malicious software, violate another person’s rights, or use the website or services for unlawful purposes.

Website information may be corrected, updated, or removed without notice. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but uninterrupted access or freedom from all errors cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spiritual Connections & Healing and Christie May will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, participation in a service, reliance on information received, or interruption of third-party technology.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when services, business practices, website features, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revisions are made. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
