Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

Payment and Refunds

Full payment is required when an appointment is booked. Because time is reserved specifically for you, all payments are nonrefundable except when Christie May cancels the appointment and cannot provide a suitable alternative time. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your appointment by contacting Christie at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Your payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation, and the payment may be forfeited. A new payment may be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please join your online appointment on time. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show. The payment will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to schedule another session.

Technology Problems

Please test your internet connection, camera, microphone, and Google Meet access before the appointment. If an unexpected technical problem occurs, contact Christie as soon as possible. Significant technology failures will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis and may result in the appointment being rescheduled.

Cancellations by Christie

If Christie must cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the amount paid for that appointment.

Emergencies

Christie understands that genuine emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be considered at her discretion.
